This group will meet on a regular basis to hike various trails in the Middlesex Fells Reservations and other local hiking areas. The Fells is a bit of woods surrounding a group of reservoirs that actually cross through Winchester, Medford, Melrose and Malden. Most of our hikes will start in the parking lot of the Flynn skating rink, 300 Elm Street Medford, as there is always plenty of open parking spots. A map of the hiking trail of the Fells can be found at www.fellsbiker.com. Hikes levels vary …
This group was established for cyclists of all levels and disciplines (road and mountain). You'll see that we're pretty focused on road for the time being but perhaps enough interest will actually form a group to tackle some local trails! Some folks get a little confused by the title "Grind & Grub" - not terribly creative I'm afraid. "Grind" because of the bikes. "Grub" because I like to think most people work best on the reward-system. You break a sweat, burn your quads a bit and then enjoy so …

How do we awaken here and now as everyday people? Awakening is not just about Waking Up –- to realize the Mystery of our Infinite Nature. It’s also about Waking DOWN -- into life, our bodies, our issues, and relating to others in Mutuality with honor and authenticity. These are the insights of Saniel Bonder, founder of the Waking Down in Mutuality teaching. Our gatherings include silent meditation, mutual gazing meditation, and conscious sharing in a safe container that facilitates deep trust. W …
